General Terms :

1. Contract

 "contract" shall mean a sales contract, which comes into force between the seller and the buyer as specified herein. In offer-based sales, a contract is entered into when the buyer has notified its acceptance of the seller's offer. If the sale is based on the buyer's order, the sale contract shall become effective when the seller has sent a written order confirmation to the buyer's official or separately communicated address. Should the buyer's and the seller's expressions of intent differ from each other by mistake, the sale shall be compliant with the terms of the seller's order confirmation.

2. Packaging

Unless otherwise agreed, the seller shall deliver the product in PPI standard, plywood industry packaging.

3. Payment

The buyer shall submit payment for every delivery on each order they submit (based on Contract Agreement). Each party shall pay their own bank fees originating from the payment transaction. The seller is netitled to demand an acceptable security (e.g. credit insurance or letter of credit) against every delivery in question.

4. Ownership of Goods

The seller reserves title to the goods he has supplied until full payment of all receivables arising from the bussiness connection with the buyer has been received, including future receivables arising out of contracts entered into at the same time or later than this contract. This is also expressly applicable to the balance outstanding where all receivables are included in a total sum and the balance has been calculated and accepted.

Recognize PPI Raw Material - Sengon

SSengon juga disebut Jeung Jing, Albiso atau Albasiah yang dahulu mempunyai nama botani Albisia Falcataria. Namun sejak tahun 1983, berdasarkan Bulletin Museum Nasional Paris dan the Flora Malaysiana (laporan225), nama botanisnya dirubah menjadi Pharaseriantes falcataria, sengon dapat tumbuh pada lahan berketinggian 0-2.000 m di atas permukaan laut dengan iklim A, B, dan C yang bercurah hujan rata - rata 2.000 - 4.000 mm/tahun, pada kondisi lahan agak subur, serta memerlukan cahaya kuat. Selain sebagai salah satu tumbuhan yang dapat memperbaiki kesuburan lahan, sengon juga merupakan penghasil kayu yang produktif. Ketinggian pohon dapat mencapai 15-25 meter. Hingga berumur 5 tahun pertumbuhan tingginya dapat mencapai 4 meter. Dapat ditebang setelah berumur 5-9 tahun. Potensi produksi kayunya sebesar 10-40 m3/hektar/tahun atau 250 m3/hektar/7 tahun.

Kayu sengon merupakan substitusi kayu keras terutama dari kalimantan, karena sedikitnya bahan baku kayu keras, umur panen albasia relatif pendek dan harga yang bersaing. Harga kayu albasia relatif murah dibandingkan dengan kayu lain seperti kayu jati atau kayu mahoni (www.tasikmalaya.go.id tanggal 17 Maret 2008). Kayu sengon dapat dimanfaatkan untuk konstruksi ringan bangunan rumah, furniture, papan peti kemas, tangkai, dan kotak korek api, pulp, kertas dan lain - lainnya. Dengan sifat - sifat kelebihan yang dimiliki sengon, yaitu mudah digergaji, diserut, dipahat, dan diplitur, serta tidak mudah pecah kalau dipaku, maka banyak pohon sengon ditanam di ditepi kawasan yang mudah terkena erosi dan menjadi salah satu kebijakan pemerintah melalui Dephutbun untuk menggalakan "Sengonisasi" Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) di Jawa, Bali, dan Sumatra. Di Ambon kulit batang digunakan untuk penyamak jaring, kadan - kadang sebagai pengganti sabun. Ditanam sebagai pohon pelindung tanaman hias, reboisasi, dan penghijauan


Ciri Umum Komoditi Kayu Sengon :

1. Buah
Berbentuk polong, pipih, tipis, dan panjangnya 6 - 12 cm. Setiap potong berisi 15 - 30 biji

2. Biji
Terlepas dari polongnya bila masak. Bentuk biji mirip perisai kecil, jika sudah tua berwarna coklat kehitam - hitaman agak keras dan berlilin. Dalam 1 Kg benih terdapat 33.000 butir. Biji untuk benih dianjurkan diambil dari pohon induk yang berumur mminimal 8 tahun.

3. Pembungaan
Tersusun dalam bentuk malai, ukuran bunga kecil sekitar 0,5 - 1 cm, berwarna putih kekuning-kuningan dan sedikit berbulu. Setiap kuantum bunga yang mekar berisi bunga jantan dan betina. Penyerbukan dibantu angin dan serangga.

4. Akar
Pohon sengon memiliki akar tunggang yang cukup kuat menembus kedalam tanah, akar rambut banyak mengandung bintil akar berfungsi untuk menyimpan zat nitrogen sebagai hasil simbiosis dengan bakteri Rhizobium. Keberadaan bintil akar membantu porositas tanah dan penyediaan unsur nitrogen dalam tanah.

5. Batang
Berbentuk lurus kulit berwarna kelabu keputih - pputihan , licin, tidak mengelupas dan memiliki batang bebas cabang mencapai 20m. Tajuk berbentuk perisai, tidak rimbun daunnya.

6. Daun
Tersusun majemuk menyirip ganda sedangkan anak daunnya kecil-kecil dan mudah rontok, daun yang rontok tersebut justru cepat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah.

Export to JEDDAH

     Export is one of our activity in Perhutani Plywood Industry and here is the other example of our export. In the third export, the destination this export was in JEDDAH and we did it on November 2014 and The buyer ordered 19 pallets (9mm x 1220mm x 2440mm) with Anthocepalus Cadamba (Jabon) as Face/Back (DBB/CC grade) and using SAS to show that it was request from buyer.

      Here is the evidence of our export plywood to JEDDAH by pictures :

    As usual we showed our first picture that the container was empty. It's our evidence to show to buyer that the container will be full of our plywood which was sent to the buyer.

     Picture above we showed the proof that container will be loaded with plywood. and also the picture bellow was showing that the container was ready to be loaded with plywood

After the container was ready, we loaded ourplywood in. Picture beside showed our first plywood in loading the container then second plywood, third plywood till the container is full of plywood and ready to be sent to our buyer in JEDDAH.

Almost forgot to show our plywood using International Standart Export. The picture beside was showing that we also can use Standart International Export if the buyer wants it. It is one of our service to the buyer and it must do for us because the buyer is very important for us so we do everything the buyer offered.

First Export

We did first Export on June 2014 to Shanghai and Perhutani Plywood Industry (PPI) did it well as a new Industry. PPI got it when PPI was just two years old since the Minister of Forest, Dr. H. Zulkifli Hasan, S.E., M.M., and Economic Minister, Ir. H. Muhammad Hatta Rajasa, was authorized PPI in 2013. As a new Industry we always give the best service for our buyer even Regional or International. Here is the example picture of our first export :

It was the pieces of plywood before we did export to Shanghai and before we gave a cover to plywood in our warehouse. We sold there about 112 m3 with thickness 2.7mm, 4,8mm, and 7.5mm.

And the picture beside was one of example of plywood which was ready to send to Shanghai and before covered in pallatized and also before we load it out from our warehouse into the container and sent to the Shanghai. And we always sent our plywood by container because buyer can buy our plywood at least 1 container.

That was the process of loading out of plywood from the warehouse to be out side of warehouse and ready to give palletized then covering again with standard International cover and next loading it into the container to be delivered to the buyer.
